Our Team
Diego Patane, Founder, CEO
He is a project manager with experience in international business development, entrepreneurship, and marketing strategies. He received his Business Administration degree from the University of Perugia, Italy. After completing his MBA in the U.S. in 2008, he worked as a project manager at national firms in Europe and the United States. He is specialized in a wide range of topics in international management and business mediation. He has been trained as an entrepreneur through different experiences in California. He is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Jalil Allabadi, Vice-President, CFO
Jalil is a Jordanian industrial engineer with a Master's certificate from the University of Bologna, Italy, and an MBA from Thunderbird, USA. His expertise ranges from operations to marketing in the pharmaceutical industry in Italy and the U.S. In addition, he is now an entrepreneur himself, responsible for establishing Altibbi.com. His education and wide range of expertise help to bring a broader view to any business with a focus on financial and cultural issues. Currently a resident of Amman, Jordan, he speaks Arabic, Italian and English fluently.
Marina Legnani, Corporate President, Co-Founder
Marina's truly global background - US and UK schooling and Business Administration Laurea at L. Bocconi University of Milano - has been an added value to her throughout her career, culminating in her last role as EMEA CFO with primary U.S. multinationals such as Black & Decker, Sandvik, Icon Health & Fitness and Knoll. Her almost 30 years experience ranges from auditing and consulting to finance, controlling, IT, logistics and human resources, as well as organizing and managing 'EU Job Creation' projects for the EEC with her own company based in Perugia.

Majda Labadi, Corporate Vice President Human Resources
Majda, with a B.A. from the American University of Beirut and a Master's in Health Administration from Germany, is working on her doctorate in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain, while also working as the Vice President of HR at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the MENA region. Her wide experience ranges from purchasing, operations, business development and general management.
Hagen Ziemer, COO
His working experience consists of a broad portfolio. Due to his experience, he is able to provide 360-degree feedback of a firm and can assure overall quality and success. He completed the degrees in general management and international management at the International Business School of Berlin and finished his education with an MBA in the USA. In South Africa, he was heavily involved in restructuring a firm, internal and external outsourcing, and established TQM systems. In 2009, he worked for a wealth management consultancy for private customers and small and medium-sized firms and provided access to 25800 potential customers.
